SHIPPING AND RETURNS
1. Our sales are final, and once placed, it cannot be reversed. We do not accept exchanges or returns due to the sensitive nature of the products we sell.
2. Items that may have been damaged during transit will be accepted as our responsibility. However, WE DO NOT accept liability for items damaged by improper handling done by USPS . We will replace the item once evidence of the damaged product is provided, and the item is shipped back to us, if the fault is deemed to be our own.
3. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Please verify your CORRECT ADDRESS when placing an order. If your item is returned to us as non-deliverable, it will be subjected to another shipping fee.

5. We take pride in providing optimal service Monday through Friday with orders taking 1-2 business days to ship. Weekend shipping (Saturday only) is not always guaranteed and done when feasible. We respond to Contact Forms and emails within 24-48 hours. We work hard to ship orders out the same day. However, due to high volume and peak periods, it may be delayed.
-We are NOT responsible for stolen or LOST packages.
-Due to weather and other conditions, packages may be delayed by USPS. However, this is not a likely occurrence. WE are NOT responsible for delays by USPS.
6. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
