Do you offer returns?
Our sales are final, and once placed, it cannot be reversed. We do not accept exchanges or returns due to the sensitive nature of the products we sell. BeautiMaps and the BeautiBuy Marketplace reserves the full right to refuse all returns. If in the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within 14 days of receipt of the package. However, customer must provide photos of the issue including packing slip and order number.
What shipping options do you offer?
For the majority of our items we ship via USPS. Depending on your location, items may arrive between 5-14 days (USA) and 17-21 (International).
It is important that you verify your correct mailing address when placing an order. If your item is returned to us as non-deliverable, it will be subjected to another shipping fee.
Due to weather, holidays, and unplanned shortages, packages may be delayed by USPS. However, this is not a likely occurrence. We are not responsible for delays by USPS.
I didn't receive my order confirmation, what should I do?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand.
If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at email@example.com with your order details.
Can I change my order once it's placed?
No, once you place an order it is final.
Am I responsible for international taxes, duties, and customs fees?
All packages are shipped via USPS. Any items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by BeautiMaps or the BeautiBuy Marketplace.
